Here at Clear Interiors customer satisfaction is paramount, so we guarantee our work, which means making sure we do what we say we will do. If something is missed we are happy to come back and finish the job. If you feel something has been missed, then get in touch with us straight away so we can arrange a convenient time to come and correct it.
Guaranteed 24hr response time
There is nothing more frustrating than not being able to speak to the person you need or not having your messages answered. As part of our overall customer care policy, we are contactable at all times and, should you need to leave a message, your call (or email) will be returned within 24 hrs. Weekend calls are returned on Monday.

Our staff are all carefully chosen for their attitude and ability. They are experienced, trustworthy, responsible and not afraid to roll their sleeves up and apply elbow grease. Fully insured and uniformed, they are all trained to a high standard and take pride in their work.
To help maintain and improve our standards, we provide a short feedback form at the end of each clean. You can add anything you feel needs improving onto this sheet and leave it for collection next time. As well as addressing any immediate concerns raised on these forms, at the end of each year we review the feedback to identify any issues that need addressing and change how we work to ensure a better service for all our customers year on year.
