Here at Clear Interiors we understand that customers place a lot of trust in cleaning companies when they allow people they don’t know into their homes and in fact all over their home, particularly if the cleaner holds keys to your property.

All our staff are fully vetted at interview, insured and trained as well as being lovely and trustworthy people with a great attitude towards their work, but don’t just take our word for it, see for yourself in our series of interviews with our staff members. This week it’s:

Sharon has been with us since October 2005. In fact she is the longest standing member of our team and has set the benchmark for what we look for in all potential employees. We were so fortunate to find her so early on in Clear Interiors development.

All our staff work in a team of two. Sharon has been happily settled for the last couple of years with Tracey and they make an excellent match personally and professionally. Sharon has a great sense of humour, is kind, loyal, hardworking and has fantastic customer service skills. Everybody who meets her loves her to bits. Let’s find out more about her!

Q. How long have you been working for Clear Interiors?

A. 7 years in October.

Q. Tell us a little bit about yourself.

A. I am Norwich born and bred. Happily married, with one grown-up daughter. I have close family ties and enjoy spending time with my three nephews and niece.

Q. What’s the best part of working for Clear Interiors?

A. Job satisfaction, meeting different people and being able to make people’s lives easier.

A. People here are friendly. There are nice places of interest to visit and lovely shops. Plus, it’s close to the countryside and the seaside.
