Guaranteed cleaning standards

We guarantee that we will do what we say we will do. If, for some reason, something is missed at the time of your clean, we offer a free re-clean to put things right, ensuring your home is left spotless every time.

We ask you to be present when a re-clean takes place so that you can sign off the work carried out.

Guaranteed response time

There is nothing more frustrating than not being able to speak to the person you need, or not having your messages answered. As part of our overall customer care policy, we are contactable at all times and, should you need to leave a message, your call or email will be returned within 24 hours. Weekend calls are returned on Mondays, or on Tuesday after a Bank Holiday weekend. Please note we also close over the Christmas period. All customers are informed of closing dates in advance each year.

Staff guarantee

Our staff are all carefully chosen for their attitude and ability. They are experienced, trustworthy, responsible and not afraid to roll their sleeves up and apply elbow grease. Fully insured and uniformed, they are all trained to a high standard, with a six-month training and probation period, annual appraisal and are routinely spot checked by our management team.
