Due to high demand we only have spaces for cleans available from October 2021 onwards – We may in some instances be able to offer up availability if there has been a cancellation, but this will be on a first come, first serve basis.
At the present time we are offering a mix of in-person and video or telephone appointments, in order to maintain social distancing and reduce risks for both staff and potential customers. This is how it works:
- Select the ‘Quotation’ option below in blue, and follow the instructions to book your appointment, indicating whether you are able to do a video call on your phone or not.
- Prior to your appointment, we will be in touch to confirm whether the appointment will be in-person, via phone or video. If by phone/video, please have your phone ready at the time of your appointment and either Jane or Susie will contact you.
- For a video call we will be able to see the property that needs cleaning and may ask you to highlight certain areas. For both video and phone appointments we will go through a set of questions to get the required information to provide you with a quote or estimate for any work. We’ll be clear to indicate whether we have sufficient information to provide an exact price at the time.
