As of this morning (Monday 23rd March 2020), Clear Interiors will be suspending all services for everyone’s safety in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. We have a number of customers and staff who fall into the high risk category and business operations have become unsustainable at this time, as well as the overriding advice from the government being to stay at home if you possibly can.
This week we are working flat out to pause the business, keep staff and customers informed and to ensure the financial security of all of our employees. We’re confident that with the support being made available by the government and measures we are taking, that we will still be in business when the country and the world comes out the other side of this difficult time.
It has been overwhelming to receive so many wonderful messages, sensible advice and generous support from our customers. It has also been very emotional to see how the staff have been so supportive of each other and we feel a huge weight of responsibility towards ensuring that they are ok. We are going to be taking time whilst we’re on pause to continue to develop our processes and practices so we come back even stronger when things return to anything resembling normal.

Keeping on top of the cleaning whilst staying at home
We’re aware that people are going to be needing to do a lot more cleaning, not only because we are unable to do our regular visits, but also working and living at home all day, will inevitably cause extra mess. This week we are having to prioritise business operations, but once those are organised, we will also be putting out some guides and tips to help you keep a healthy and pleasant home environment for the duration of this crisis.
If you have any suggestions for things we could cover, then please do let us know as we want this to be a helpful resource.
